I'm a Director of Product Operations at Live Nation Entertainment | Ticketmaster (currently furloughed). As a Director of Product Operations, I'm passionate about the optimization of products through product operations at Live Nation Entertainment and through Ticketmaster's efforts to unlock moments of joy for global fans through unforgettable experiences.

Professional: Live Nation Entertainment | Ticketmaster - 18 years: Two years as Director of Marketplace Product Operations with purview over the Live Nation | Ticketmaster marketplace managing fan, client, and support team escalations focused on increased customer satisfaction; reduction in fan waste, escalations, and costs; an increase in systemic awareness; and an overall increase in efficiency through automation and data fusion across the entire marketplace. Seven years with Ticketmaster Product Management in the LA Corp. Offices and remote via WV Home Office as Director, Orders Platform, eCommerce Fan Experience - Resale, 3rd Party Inventory, and strategic products; including legacy & next-generation Contact Center and Client support tools and applications. Nine years with Ticketmaster Contact Centers in the Virginia Beach, VA and Charleston, WV contact centers as an IT Product Manager responsible for the primary coordination, vendor relationship, and operational requirements collection associated with all IT and operation’s applications and as the Emerging Products Support Manager, with responsibility for call center coordination, operation, and liaison for emerging products. U.S. Navy – 20 Years: Twenty years as an Operations Specialist (SW) Chief Petty Officer including fourteen years in the participation, direction and management of military command and control operation centers, three years in the management and direction of research, development, test and evaluation efforts, and three years in the management and direction of helpdesk and call center operations. Education: MBA candidate at Liberty University; BS, Entrepreneurial and Business Management, University of Phoenix, 2011; and AS, Finance from Hawaii Pacific University, 1999.
