I'm a Director of Product Management at Live Nation Entertainment | Ticketmaster. I'm passionate about building products and services to unlock moments of joy for global fans through unforgettable experiences. Ticketmaster through Live Nation Entertainment allows me to do just that.

Here's my story...

Live Nation Entertainment |Ticketmaster - 16 years: Seven years with Ticketmaster Product Management in the LA Corp. Offices and remote via WV Home Office as Director, Orders Platform, eCommerce Fan Experience - Resale, 3rd Party Inventory, and strategic products; including legacy & next generation Contact Center and Client support tools and applications. Nine years with Ticketmaster Contact Centers in the Virginia Beach, VA and Charleston, WV contact centers as an IT Product Manager responsible for the primary coordination, vendor relationship, and operational requirements collection associated with all IT and operation’s applications and as the Emerging Products Support Manager, with responsibility for call center coordination, operation, and liaison for emerging products. U.S. Navy – 20 Years: Twenty years as an Operations Specialist including fourteen years in the participation, direction and management of military command and control operation centers, three years in the management and direction of research, development, test and evaluation efforts, and three years in the management and direction of helpdesk and call center operations. Personal: Married to Dar Kaso (McIver) for 28 years. Daughter Taylor of Virginia Beach, VA. Son Cody of Scott Depot, WV. Grandfather to Remie Danger Stacey and Thorin Ryan Pimpkin. Love NASCAR and MMA. Education: BSB (Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship) University of Phoenix, 2011 and A.S., Finance from Hawaii Pacific University, 1999.
